Current Routes and Schedules

There has been changes to bus schedules for Routes 3 West Chatham, 3B Augusta Ave, 14 Abercorn, and the 25 MLK. These changes went into effect 15 July, 2024.

Tuten and Rankin will now be served by a peak direction service, with inbound trips in the morning and outbound trips in the afternoon. This adjustment is intended to optimize service during high-demand periods and improve overall efficiency.

Increased Sunday service on the Augusta Avenue Corridor to accommodate more riders and added additional AM and PM trips to Groves High School. This change will provide greater flexibility and convenience for students and residents in the area.

3 West Chatham Route continues to provide service between the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport and the Joe Murray Rivers, Jr. Intermodal Transit Center in Downtown Savannah. This is NOT a direct Airport Shuttle service but a part of CAT’s regular fixed route service. Please plan and schedule accordingly.

Route alignments to provide service on Sallie Mood Drive on Inbound and Outbound trips. Route will now service Goodwill Industries, the Chatham County Health Department, and the Chatham County Aquatic Center. The first inbound trip will depart from Walmart at 7 a.m., on weekdays.

Route provides service between the Joe Murray Rivers Jr., Intermodal Transit Center and Port Wentworth. Destinations served by the route include the Food Lion at Minus & Augusta, Port Wentworth City Hall, International Trade Parkway, and the Publix Super Market at Rice Hope. Service will run Monday – Sunday.

Operating on a 1-hour frequency during morning and afternoon peak periods, Route 6 offers increased convenience. Trips have been retimed to allow for efficient connections to other routes.

The 7D-C now serves Route 29, extending down W. Gwinnett Street to Lynes Avenue. Service starts earlier on Saturdays and Sundays to provide similar service as on Route 29.

Service has been restored on Route 11, running from 5:45-10:20 a.m. and 1:05-7:30 p.m. (Mon-Fri). The updated pattern now serves Savannah State via Derenne Ave., Laroche Ave., and Skidaway Road.

A loop service will replace the bi-directional service on Shawnee Street, now serving the VA Clinic and Savannah Mall. This modification aims to provide more direct and efficient service to key destinations, ensuring that our riders have better access to important locations.

20 Skidaway Island / Coffee Bluff

Temporarily Suspended

Garrard Avenue will now be served by outbound trips only, while inbound trips will utilize Chatham Parkway. This change is intended to streamline the route and enhance the overall travel experience for our passengers.

Early AM trips have been added inbound to ITC for improved service.

Zero Free Downtown Savannah Services

DOT Express Shuttle

Weekday Service: Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Weekend Service: 10 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

7D-C DOT Extension

The DOT Shuttle (7D-C) will now service Carver Village and Cloverdale.

Savannah Belles Ferry

Ferry Services are running from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week.
