Chatham Area Transit Authority’s (CAT) Board Chairman Deidrick Cody, is holding a special called meeting on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at 3 p.m.
The meeting will be held in-person at CAT Central and virtually on zoom.
The purpose of this meeting is to enter into an executive session for the purpose of:
- Consultation with legal counsel to discuss potential litigation and/or administrative proceedings.
- Personnel matters and/or periodic evaluation of a CAT officer pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 50-14-2.
