PUBLIC NOTICE

Chatham Area Transit Authority (CAT) is conducting a Title VI and Equity Analysis to determine whether the proposed fall 2023 service changes for Fixed-Route will disproportionately impact or burden people on the basis of race, color or national origin. 

Below is a chart comparison of identifiers 1/3 mile of frequent service

CAT Title VI Policy Statement

Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 states:

Making a Title VI Complaint

Any person who believes they’ve been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice may file a complaint with Chatham Area Transit Authority.
