Zero Fare

Thanks to a partnership with the City of Savannah, CAT operates a free downtown transit system, spanning land and water, for residents and visitors.

The dot Express Shuttle is comprised of two loops, Forsyth and Downtown, that connect Savannah’s visitor centers, parking facilities, attractions, shops, restaurants and hotels.  The shuttle arrives every ten minutes at 18 stops throughout the downtown Historic District and is available seven days a week. Also, the Savannah Belles Ferry links River Street to Hutchinson Island, home of the Savannah Convention Center, by providing free passage across the Savannah River.
