The Savannah Belles Ferry offers free, scenic transportation across the Savannah River, connecting downtown Savannah’s Riverwalk with Hutchinson Island, home to the Savannah Convention Center and Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa.

Operating Hours: Sunday to Saturday 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The Savannah Belles Ferry fleet includes four distinct vessels named for noteworthy women from Savannah’s history:

The Juliette Gordon Low, The Susie King Taylor, The Florence Martus and The Mary Musgrove.

Cross the river at no cost, every day of the week.

Fast and Frequent

Ferries run every 10 minutes from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week (except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day).

Accessible and Convenient

Fully ADA-compliant ferries accommodate bicycles, luggage, and are pet-friendly (dogs must be on a leash or in a carrier).

Eco-Friendly Innovation

New hybrid vessels run on battery power with onboard diesel generators, supporting CAT’s clean energy commitment.

Large Group Accommodation
