At CAT, we believe it is our duty to help the hardworking citizens of Chatham County get to their jobs. To that end, we work with area employers to build partnerships and programs that make it easy and affordable for their employees to get to work.
For businesses that may not be ready for the U-Pass Program, the Employer Pass Program offers a convenient, cost-saving option to encourage employees to use public transportation to and from work.
How It Works
With the goal of rewarding employees who are using public transportation and encouraging other employees to give it a try, the Employer Pass Program starts with a trial period to determine employee interest and customize the program to the employer’s needs.
A long-term contract can then be developed to allow the employer to provide their employees’ access to CAT services at a discounted rate.
