2/13/2025 – The Chatham Area Transit Authority (CAT) Board of Directors will hold a Special Called Meeting on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 4:30 p.m.
The purpose of this meeting is to enter Executive Session to discuss personnel matters in accordance with O.C.G.A. 50-14-3(b)(2).
No official action will be taken during the Executive Session. Any business action will take place in an open meeting under Organizational and Contractual Items.
The public meeting will be held at CAT Central, located at 900 E. Gwinnett St., and is open to the public.
