Statement on new CAT Mobility Software: 

Chatham Area Transit Authority (CAT) sincerely apologizes
for the recent scheduling challenges some CAT Mobility riders have experienced
within this past week. As we transition to our new Intelligent Transportation
System (ITS), we understand how important reliable service is to our riders and
deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
Please know that our team is working diligently to resolve
these issues and restore the dependable service our CAT Mobility community
deserves as quickly as possible.

CAT Mobility rolled out a brand-new Intelligent Transportation System powered by IT Curves to improve how riders schedule trips and get real-time updates. This new technology is available by mobile app.

Apply with Ease!

  • Riders can now complete eligibility applications online.  Paper applications are still available for staff to scan into the system.  
  • Our call center agents can quickly book return rides, schedule repeating trips, check your trip status, and give you an ETA.

  • New CAT Mobility via Transigo: Track your ride in real time, get instant updates on vehicle location, trip changes, and your ETA, from booking to drop-off.
  • Live Map Access: See exactly where your vehicle is! You can even request a live map link by email when you make your reservation.
  • Stay in the Loop Your Way: Choose how you get trip updates — phone call, text, email, or the mobile app.
