The CAT Board of Directors will hold a Special Meeting to enter executive session to discuss matters related to personnel and litigation as provided in O.C.G.A. § 50-14-2(1) and O.C.G.A. § 50-14-3(b)(2).

The meeting will be held at CAT Central, located at 900 E. Gwinnett St.
