4/22/2025 – The Board of Directors of Chatham Area Transit Authority (CAT) has entered into an agreement with Colin Baenziger & Associates, a nationally recognized executive search firm, to lead the recruitment process for its next Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer.
The CAT Board of Directors approved the contract award during its regularly scheduled meeting on March 25, 2025.

Colin Baenziger & Associates has extensive experience in government and public sector executive recruitment and will work with the Board and its search committee to identify top-tier candidates aligned with CAT’s goals and values.
