5/28/2025 – The Chatham Area Transit Authority (CAT) Board of Directors will hold a Special Called Meeting on Friday, May 30, 2025, at 4 p.m.
The purpose of this meeting is to reconsider tabled items from the May 27, 2025, regular board meeting and to enter an executive session to consult with the CAT attorney regarding potential litigation and/or advice as provided in O.C.G.A. § 50-14-2(1).
No official action will be taken during the Executive Session. Any business action will take place in an open meeting under old/new business items.
The public meeting will be held at CAT Central, located at 900 E. Gwinnett St., and is open to the public.
