The Chatham Area Transit Board of Directors and Executive team will participate in a High-Impact Governing Workshop on Wednesday, February 13th beginning at 1 p.m. The objectives of the participatory and professionally facilitated workshop are: 1) to familiarize participants with the significant advances in the rapidly evolving field of public transit governance, 2) to explore key elements of high-impact governing work, and 3) to review and discuss preliminary action recommendations aimed at more fully realizing the Board’s governing potential and transforming the CAT Board into a higher-impact governing body.
