The Chatham Area Transit Authority (CAT) Board announces that its appointed Search and Recruitment Committee will hold a special-called Executive Session meeting for discussion of a personnel matter: deliberating on the hiring, appointment, and employment of, and consideration of applicants for the position of, the Executive Director for CAT. The Executive Session shall be for such purposes only, and no vote or action will be taken at the meeting.
The meeting will be held on Friday, November 4, 2016, at 3:00 p.m. in the Chatham County Commissioners’ office located at 124 Bull Street, Suite 210, in downtown Savannah.
As an Executive Session, the meeting is excepted from the Georgia Open Meetings Act and will not be open to the public or news media. [Ga. Code Ann. § 50-14-3.]
