DowntownDOT
Thanks to funding support from the City of Savannah, CAT operates a free downtown shuttle known as the "DOT."
The dot is comprised of two loops, Forsyth and Downtown, which connect residents and visitors to Savannah’s visitor centers, parking facilities, area attractions, shops, restaurants and hotels. The shuttle arrives every ten minutes at 18 stops throughout the Historic District and is available seven days a week.
The DOT Shuttle 7D-C also services Carver Village and Cloverdale taking the place of Route 29, extending down W. Gwinnett Street to Lynes Avenue. Service starts earlier on Saturdays and Sundays to provide similar service as on Route 29.

- Weekends 10 a.m.-6p.m.
- Holidays 10 a.m.-6:30 p.m. (This includes Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve. There is no service on Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year’s Day.)
