CAT to host Farm Truck 912, Healthy Savannah on Nov. 15

Chatham Area Transit is marking Diabetes Awareness Month on Monday by partnering with Healthy Savannah and Forsyth Farmers’ Market’s Farm Truck 912 program (FT912).
