On Friday, February 17, 2017, media and special guests were invited to the Transit Center for a sneak preview and ride on our new dot trolley buses. Purchased through the federal State of Good Repair grant and matching SaMMI funds, these two vehicles will be dedicated to the fare-free downtown Express Shuttle route–the dot.
About the Vehicles
Each vehicle is a 30 foot Gillig bus with a trolley look designed to merge gracefully into the historic downtown Savannah environment. Click here for additional features.
