Statement from Chatham Area Transit (CAT) on Paratransit Routing Difficulties

7/19/24 – Due to a global wireless outage, Chatham Area Transit (CAT) is currently experiencing technical difficulties with its Paratransit reservation system. Our team is working diligently to ensure that all clients can still book their rides during this downtime.

Clients are encouraged to contact CAT’s Customer Advocate line at ( 912) 233 – 5767 or use our online form to make reservations.

CAT’s riders are always our top priority, and we are committed to providing them with reliable and efficient service.
