Board of Directors Regular Meeting
The Chatham Area Transit (CAT) Board of Directors announces that the first reading of the Fiscal Year 2027 Proposed Budget has been postponed to a later date. The first reading was originally scheduled for Tuesday, May 26.
The CAT Board will proceed with the remainder of its Regular Board Meeting on Tuesday, May 26, at 4 p.m.

Memorial Day Holiday Schedule
Chatham Area Transit Authority (CAT) will operate on a holiday schedule on Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day. The holiday schedule will apply to all fixed-route buses and CAT Mobility will operate until 10 p.m. to mirror the fixed-route schedule. Please note that this will affect the frequency and timing of all service trips.Â

Every Friday, CAT is hosting a weekly bus operator job fair from 1 - 4 p.m., at CAT Central, located at 900 E. Gwinnett St.
NEW CEO APPOINTMENT
CAT's Board of Directors appoints Stephanie Cutter as the new Chief Executive Officer. Cutter first joined CAT in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer.
New Ride Guide
The CAT Mobility Paratransit Department
launched a new ride guide for riders. Riders must sign off after reviewing and send back to CAT Mobility staff.
