CAT is currently conducting a Paratransit Customer Satisfaction Survey to gather feedback from CAT Mobility riders regarding their experiences and overall satisfaction with the service. The survey seeks input on areas such as scheduling, on-time performance, customer service, communication, and accessibility.

Feedback collected through the survey will help CAT identify opportunities for improvement and inform future service enhancements to better meet the transportation needs of eligible riders throughout Chatham County.
