Chatham Area Transit Authority (CAT) will operate a holiday schedule for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day on Monday, January 19, 2015. The holiday schedule is included on each of the printed route schedules.
Administrative offices will be closed for business, but the Ticket Window at the Transit Center will be open from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Telephone schedule information will be available.
The Savannah Belles Ferry will operate on a regular schedule.
Buses in the downtown area on Monday will have to detour during the MLK Day parade.
- Routes 4, 10, 11, 14, 25, 27, 28, and 31 will be transferring at Oglethorpe & Barnard (4 blocks east of the Transit Center).
- Routes 3, 3B, 17, and 29 will transfer at the Transit Center as usual.
As always, we thank you for your patience during the road closures. Regular routing will resume as soon as all streets are reopened.
Normal weekday service will run on Tuesday, January 20, 2015.
