The second of three public meetings to discuss possible schedule adjustments for July 2014 will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2014.
Preliminary discussions cover possibilities for the 6 Cross Town, 17 Silk Hope, 27 Waters, 28 Waters, and 31 Skidaway/Sandfly routes. Topics include the length of the routes and their connectivity, among other planning items. This meeting will also contain a budget hearing on the Fiscal Year 2015 Proposed Chatham Area Transit Authority Budget. Public feedback and opinions are strongly encouraged.
All interested citizens of Chatham County who wish to provide comments on the proposed budget without attending this meeting may examine it on weekdays at CAT Central, 900 E. Gwinnett Street, in the Finance Department between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM or at any branch of the Live Oak Public Libraries.
Please join us in the Board Room at the Joe Murray Rivers, Jr. Intermodal Transit Center (located at 610 W. Oglethorpe Ave.) on Thursday, April 24th at 6:00 PM.
